SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to products purchased from www.silkcanvas.in (hereinafter referred to as website).
Throughout this document, “we”, “us”, “our'', “ours'' refer to Paint The Town. Wherever we have said ‘you’ or ‘your’, this means Customer/You.
ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Business days do not include weekends and Holidays

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

PSilk Canvas ships throughout India
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges shall vary depending on the geographical location and city. It will be displayed during billing of the product based on the shipping address provided.
TRACKING OF SHIPMENT
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
TIMELINE FOR DELIVERY OF ORDER
All orders are delivered to the customer within 3-7 working days from the date of shipping.
DELAY IN DELIVERY
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. In case of delay in delivery beyond 5-7 days then the estimated date of delivery, kindly contact Silk Canvas. Silk Canvas shall not be held liable for any delay occurring due to an unforeseeable event, including but not limited to acts of god, war, terrorism, explosions, floods, mechanical breakdowns, strikes, breakdown in essential utilities, pandemic, epidemics, quarantine restrictions or any health emergency and unforeseeable business interruptions.
SIGNATURE
Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, Courier Company will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Courier Company will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Silk Canvas is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of you (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Silk Canvas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Cancellation, Return & Refund policy
This Return and Refund Policy will set out the terms and conditions governing the return of an original, unaltered and unmodified product purchased from Silk Canvas. This includes our website www.silkcanvas.in. (hereinafter referred to as website) and at Silk Canvas.
Throughout this document, “we”, “us”, “our”, “ours” refer to Silk Canvas. Wherever we have said ‘you’ or ‘your’, this means Customer/You.
We do not have a cancellation policy. Orders once placed are binding on you.
Ticketed Events :
We do not refund tickets for events, once purchased. The tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to any other date. A refund will be initiated only if the event is canceled / postponed by us, due to unforeseen circumstances.
Private Events and Corporate Events:
For Private Events and Corporate Events an invoice is raised on a minimum number of seats, which will be mailed to you. Once the advance payment is made, a date is blocked which is why we don't initiate any refunds on the same. A refund will be initiated only if the event is canceled / postponed by us, due to unforeseen circumstances.
Gift Cards :
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for money / refunded to the customer, once purchased. All gift cards expire on the specific dates mentioned on the certificate.
Returns and Replacement of products purchased:
WHEN ARE YOU ELIGIBLE FOR THE RETURN POLICY?
The following criteria shall be applicable for eligibility of return of our product(s), under this return policy:

The product(s) must be purchased from Silk Canvas.

If the product delivered to you is incorrect or different from the product for which you have placed your order.

The return request must be raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of
the product(s)

The returned product(s) must be accompanied with the original invoice. In the event we receive the returned product(s) without the original invoice, the product(s) will be re-delivered to you and the shipment charges will be recovered from you.

The returned product(s) must not be tampered. All the tags, contents(including the manuals) and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s). In the event we find that the product(s) have been tampered with, your return request will be revoked and your product(s) will be rendered unserviceable and the purchase price paid by you shall stand forfeited.

Replacement will not be made in cases of damage due to normal wear and tear and negligence on part of the customer. Hence we would need an unboxing video to be submitted to our mail ID: www.silkcanvas.in along with order id as proof.

Please ensure the item(s) are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
WHAT IS THE REFUND PROCEDURE?
Once the Quality Check team has received the returned goods, the team shall examine the products, on the basis of the customer’s complaint. Upon confirmation from our Quality Assurance Team that replacement or refund is acceptable, coupon code equal to the value of the product you purchased will be issued. The coupon code will be sent to you via email and can be used to purchase anything of that value through the website or the Paint The Town cafe within the time-line specified thereunder, subject to fulfillment of Return conditions. In the alternate, at our sole option and discretion, we may provide a refund of the purchase price of the product(s) paid by you if the product(s) cannot be replaced, the refund shall be made by us in the same mode of payment done by you. In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error/defect/damage/delay has occurred due to the customer, then the customer will not be entitled to any fresh Product or Refund.
We will keep you updated about the refund status of your returned product(s) from the date of receipt of the same. We initiate the refund procedure within 7-15 business days from the date of receipt of return.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This return policy shall be subject to the applicable laws in India. The courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all or any disputes arising out of this return policy.
